The Ski & Snowboard Club of New York is a non-profit group run by a group of dedicated skiers who volunteer their time to organize fun and value-priced ski trips that are convenient for all in the New York City area. We are a four season club but began as a ski club in the early 1960's. SHSC is a 21 and over club based in NJ and owns a 46 bed lodge in Lower Granville VT. central to all of the ski areas in VT but closest to Sugarbush. We're a large international group centered in the New York metropolitan area, hosting outdoor and indoor activities year-round. In the winter, we meet regularly in New York City and go skiing or snowboarding at our club's lodge in Waitsfield, VT, near the Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas.

This group is for people who like to cross-country ski in the parks and neighboring areas.  If there is enough snow to ski somewhere not too far organizers and members can suggest place to meet and ski.
